How a payout works

Every commission takes the same five steps. Your dashboard shows where each one is.

Someone follows your link. We remember it on their browser for 30 days, so they don’t have to order right away.

They order as a new customer and get 10% off. Your commission shows as pending, and they’re linked to you for 12 months.

It ships
The clearing clock starts the day the order first ships.

It clears
The commission joins your available balance 45 days after shipping. eCheck orders also wait until 60 days after payment.
Around the 15th
You’re paid
Monthly by ACH or Zelle once your available balance is $50 or more; smaller balances roll over. Or convert to store credit any time.

Cancelled orders: before a commission clears, it’s voided; after, a matching reversal comes out of your next earnings.

The order’s product total after sale prices, bundle savings and the first-order discount (or a promo code), before shipping. Commission is worked out on at most $500 of net merchandise per order.

A commission is pending from the moment the order is paid and clears 45 days after the order ships. eCheck orders also wait until 60 days after payment, whichever is later. Cleared commissions can be paid out or converted to store credit.

If it’s cancelled before the commission clears, the commission is voided. If it’s cancelled after, a matching reversal comes out of your next earnings. If a cancelled order is reinstated, so is its commission.

Your call, and you can do both. Cash goes out monthly around the 15th by ACH or Zelle once your cleared balance reaches $50; smaller balances roll over. Store credit is worth 1.5× what you convert, any time, with no minimum, but it has no cash value and stays with your Pepcell account.

When someone places their first order through your link or code, they’re linked to you for 12 months. You earn 10% on their reorders in that time automatically. They don’t need your link or code again, and another partner’s link can’t take them over.

No. Your dashboard shows each order’s number, date, net merchandise, commission, status and clearing date, never the customer’s name, email, phone or address.

Not on our name: no paid search or paid social on Pepcell brand terms, and no coupon, deal or cashback sites. For any other paid placement, ask us first and wait for a yes in writing.

At launch, Partners must be US residents aged 21 or older, with one account per person, and every application is reviewed. Any customer with a shipped order can also refer friends for store credit from their account.

Email our support team and we’ll close your partner account. Commissions on orders already placed keep clearing and are paid under the Partner Terms, and you can convert a cleared balance to store credit before you go.
